Leica DISTO D110 (E7100i) Laser Distance Measure - Black/Red

The E7100i is the equivalent US model, and the D110 can be converted to meters, feet, and inches by holding the second button from the top for 2 seconds. This unit is equipped with a Class II Laser with 1mW output and boasts an accuracy of 1/16" up to a 200-foot measuring range. That's right, a sixteenth of an inch. Grab a pair of earbuds, look at how wide the 1/8" jack is, and then divide that by half.

It also features Bluetooth 4.0 for easy transferring of measurements into desired software. You can send measurements directly from the laser measure to your apps using the Leica DISTO Bluetooth Smart (4.0) wireless data transfer. Additionally, it is IP54 certified, making it dust and splash protected. With a set of AAA batteries, you can capture up to 5,000 measurements.

The unit includes a Min/Max function which allows you to "sweep" the laser point into a corner to record the longest measurement. This is especially useful for accurate diagonal room or window/door measurements. The Area/Volume function is also available, where Area Mode determines the area of a rectangle or square in two shots, while Volume Mode adds a third vertical shot to calculate volume.
